The freelance trap

You're working harder than ever. Why isn't it adding up?

01

You can't plan more than a month ahead.

One client quits. How do you pay next month's rent?

02

You know you're undercharging.

But you're scared they'll say no when you raise rates.

03

You're pitching into the void.

LinkedIn posts. Cold pitches. Networking. Half your week gone — and nothing sticks.

Our promise

In two weeks, you'll position, package, and price yourself for premium clients.

Stop competing on price. Charge what you're worth. Win better clients. Reinvent your business with a system you'll apply from Day 1.

  • You don't want to put in the work
  • You expect one "playbook" to solve Japan
  • You want a shortcut bolted on top of what you already do
  • You want quick fixes, AI hacks, or lead-gen tactics

Frequently asked

Everything else, answered.

Is this really for me?

This bootcamp is for freelancers who are done trading time for scraps — whether you're side-hustling toward full-time, solo at ¥3M breaking to ¥5M, established at ¥8M breaking to ¥15M, or building toward your first agency. The mechanics are the same. What's holding you back isn't skill. It's positioning, pricing, and a client base with real budgets. That's what we work on.

How much time will I need each week?

Plan on 3–5 hours per week: two live sessions per week (60 min each, plus Q&A) plus the work between them. Live sessions are the core — that's where the shifts happen. The homework is what makes them stick.

What if I can't attend a live session?

Every session is recorded and yours for life. Live attendance is best (you get feedback in real time), but if work or family gets in the way, you catch the recording and bring your questions to the next AMA.

I'm not sure my Japanese is strong enough. Does that matter?

The bootcamp runs in English. Everything you'll build — your niche, your offer, your pricing, your outreach — works whether you serve clients in Japanese, English, or both. Session 04 covers when Japanese matters and when English is enough.

Will this work for my industry?

Yes — the frameworks are industry-agnostic because the ceilings are. Whether you're a consultant, designer, developer, marketer, translator, coach, or something else entirely, the same three levers (positioning, pricing, better clients) apply.

What if I've never worked with Japanese clients before?

Even better — you have no bad habits to unlearn. Session 04 walks you through the approach from scratch. Most foreign freelancers never crack this market. You will.

Do I need to be based in Tokyo?

No. The kickoff, workshops and AMAs are all online — join from anywhere with a solid internet connection. The Tokyo finale on Thu Nov 19 is the one in-person moment. Worth traveling for, and we'll make it worth it.

What's the refund policy?

14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If it's not for you, we don't take your money.

30 days from now

You'll either be building the Japan life you came here for. Or you'll still be hustling from month to month.

Still undercharging. Still exhausted. Still telling yourself next year.

Or — a sharper niche. A priced offer. A business that funds your life in Japan, not just next month's rent.
